One is the USA mint mark located along the bottom-center of the round’s field. The other is the anti-counterfeiting micro-engraving along the outermost edge of the field. This engraving repeats the word PAMP, with inverted orientation for the word in every other strike.
On the reverse of 1 oz Silver Buffalo Rounds from PAMP, you’ll see a mighty American bison. The Plains bison is shown here in right-profile relief with its massive frame steadied as it lowers its head and prepares to charge. In 2016, the bison was designated as the national mammal of the United States, recognizing its cultural and historical significance.
