The Medieval Legends Series debuted in 2021 with a depiction of Robin Hood, the infamous bandit from English folklore. Across the English Channel on mainland Europe, the people of Hamelin, Germany, had their own popular folklore running through society that had a darker side to it than Robin Hood in England. The Pied Piper was a rat-catcher who exacted horrible revenge on those who did not pay for his services.
