His Silver Warrior design is praised for the effective use of a pyramid design, adding strength and majesty to his artwork while also maintain a poetic fluidity to the design.
This face of the Silver Warrior Copper Round features the warrior as he rides in his sled, which is drawn by a team of polar bears. In the background, a snow-capped mountain is obscured by the mists of a cold day and the warrior’s intricate armor adds immense depth to the overall design of the round.
The reverse side of each Frank Frazetta Legacy Collection Silver Warrior Copper Round includes his portrait, along with engravings of the round’s weight, purity, and metal content; his name; and the years of Frazetta’s birth and death.
Silver Warrior Copper Rounds are part of a larger Legacy Collection from Osborne Precious Metals. The mint, in collaboration with Frank Frazetta Jr. and the Frank Frazetta Museum pays tribute to his three greatest works with a series of silver and copper rounds. In total there are three rounds per release and one copper bullion round.
