Once you place your order, we will reach out to get the relevant information for your design. The process includes several steps to ensure you get the finished product you desire. These steps include 1-2 weeks to create a model of the pendant. We will share these proofs with you to ensure the model matches your desired visuals. Please allow 1-2 weeks from approval for the casting process and 2-3 business days following that for shipping.
All 1 oz Antique Finish Custom High Relief Silver Pendants will then be shipped to you in a box with a Certificate of Authenticity that validates the weight, purity, metal content, and exclusive 1/1 designation. These same details will be laser-etched onto the pendant.
You may cancel your order while the custom design process is underway, though a cancellation fee will apply. Once your custom product is finished, the order cannot be canceled. JM Bullion does not accept returns on customized items.
