On the obverse face of Argor Heraeus Lunar Rat Gold Bars, you will find the image of a single rat. This rat is depicted as viewed from above and it has intricate details. This includes the individual hairs that make up its fur and eight whiskers on its snout. There are four whiskers to each side of the snout. The rat's tail winds off to the right, leaving the bar field and then returning.
The reverse field of 1 oz Argor Heraeus Lunar Rat Bars includes the seal of the refinery at the top. Inscriptions on this side of the bar include “Switzerland,” “1 Ounce,” “Fine Gold,” 999,9,” and the individual serial number of the specimen. All inscriptions are listed vertically from the top to the bottom.
