Like many franchises, Colorado employs a simple script with the team initials for the primary cap logo. The design features the initials CR, with the C set slightly up to the left of the R, with the end of the C connecting into the loop in the R.
Reverse visuals on the 1 oz Colorado Rockies Silver Round include the Major League Baseball logo. The MLB logo is a horizontal rectangle split down the middle by a batter’s silhouette, with a small baseball placed near the bat. Graphic designer Jerry Dior created this design in 1968, and it debuted on uniforms in 1969.
