This was my second purchase with JM Bullion. I Have ordered silver and gold from other known bullion dealers, and based on my experience, I believe JM Bullion has the best record so far of fast delivery. All silver and gold received have been in very good quality. My last order included 1/10 oz gold American Eagle- and I am very happy with my purchase, I will buy again!

Good product pricing and secure shipping. You know you people who complain about slow shipping could always pay for an expedited service but then its not free and then you’d complain. You could even go down to your local bullion dealer for an immediate fix but that would cost gas. Unbelievable. JM Bullion does a great job in a very competitive business . Thanks

Check out all others first and you will find with the normal free shipping JM Bullion almost always delivers the product at the lowest price. It has been vary rare for me to find an exception so 99% of my bullion (gold and silver) has been from JM Bullion. Also, every piece I have received from the company has met my expectations as compared to the advertised condition of the bullion. I do have one complaint and that has to do with delays in shipping. I buy mostly with echeck and I have no problem with the wait for that to clear before they let the product go out of their hands. HOWEVER, I do have a problem (since they are holding the item for 5 business days with your information already in hand) that once they send a notice that your item has shipped, you will find by checking the tracking number that only means a shipping label has been created. It will be closer to 48 hours After that, the item is actually in the hands of the carrier. I could understand 24 hours but 48 is just too long. I hope enough people will bring that to the attention of the company as unacceptable and they will change that. If it were not for that, they would have garnered a five star from me.
